Welcome IT Milestone/Deliverable-based Project Suppliers to the State of Utah MSP Program
The State of Utah has selected Knowledge Services as its Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Information Technology Milestone/Deliverable-based Project services. The Knowledge Services program is referred to as "UTMSP" and delivers solutions to help manage sourcing, tracking, reporting and invoicing of Information Technology Statement of Work services.
As part of its MSP solution, Knowledge Services utilizes the dotStaff™ system to optimize and manage the process. Through this platform, open competition assures Supplier equality and fair access to business opportunities.
To participate as an IT Milestone/Deliverable-based Supplier for the State of Utah in the dotStaff™ system, please complete each of the steps listed below, being careful to follow the corresponding instructions.
Steps to Participate
Once your completed documents have been received, you will be contacted by a member of the UTMSP Program Team who will share more information about the program and the next steps to participate.

Step 1: Program Overview Call
To participate in the Knowledge Services State of Utah MSP program, interested vendors must first attend one of our Monthly Introductory Calls.
On the first Tuesday of each month at 1:30pm MDT, Knowledge Services conducts a Program Overview call for all vendors interested in participating in the State of Utah MSP program. These sessions will cover the following topics:

Next Steps
After participating in one of the monthly calls, if a vendor would like to participate, an Interested Vendor Questionnaire must be completed.

Step 2: Interested Vendor Questionnaire

Use the link above to access the Vendor Questionnaire. Once the completed questionnaire has been returned to UTMSP@KnowledgeServices.com, the State of Utah MSP Team will provide a password to the Master Services Agreement.

Step 3: Master Services Agreement (MSA)

Use the link above to access the MSA. This link will guide you through the necessary information needed in the MSA. Once the required fields are completed and submitted, the MSA will be sent directly to Knowledge Services. Every page of the agreement should be returned.

Step 4: Certificate of Insurance (COI)

At the time of MSA submission, you must attach a Certificate of Insurance naming the Client as Additional Insured and the Certificate Holder, in accordance with the coverage limits outlined in the MSA document. Failure to do so will prevent your company from being added to the UTMSP program vendor list. Please reference the sample certificate for the standard insurance requirements for the State of Utah.
On the COI, complete the Certificate Holder field as follows:

Step 5: W-9 Form

In addition to the COI, a W-9 form must be completed, signed, and attached to the MSA at the time of submission.
